- What actions can I perform online and what online services are available?
OptionRally allows you to trade binary options, review your account history, review trade history, send customer service requests as well as being able to make deposits and make withdrawals quickly and easily.
- What do I need to access the OptionRally trading platform?
All that you require are a personal computer, laptop or mobile device with access to the internet.
- How can I view my account?
First, you must log into your OptionRally account and then click “My Account” to view all of your details.
- How do I manage my account?
Within your own personal ‘My Account’ page you will be able to edit personal details and credit card information. To do so, just log into OptionRally and go to “My Account”.
- Can I change my account information?
Yes, you can easily by logging into your account and clicking on “Personal Details”. You will then be able to change all of your banking and personal information.
- Can I open multiple accounts?
No, you cannot. OptionRally only allows one account per name and credit card.
- Can I add credit cards to my account?
Yes, you can add, remove or replace credit cards in your account at any time. You may do this for the purpose of depositing or withdrawing funds from your account and/or paying for online services.
- How do I view my trading history?
Once you have logged into your account you will be able to view your trading history by clicking on “History” under “My Account”. You are also able to view all transaction history and past trades by clicking on “My Portfolio”.
- How often are transactions updated in my account?
Transactions are updated in real time as your binary options trades are actioned. Once you have made a trade, you will be able to view its details by clicking on “My Account”, then “My Portfolio” followed by “History”.
You will then be able to view past and current trades and full trade details.
- Do I receive a confirmation for each transaction
Every time you activate a binary options trade, you will see an on-screen message confirming that your trade has been placed. You also receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your trade.
- What is the minimum opening balance?

- How do I deposit funds into my account?
Once you have logged into your account, you will be able to make a deposit by going into ‘My Account’ and clicking on “Deposit”. You will then be presented by a selection of available deposit methods.

- How do I make withdrawals?
Log into your account and click on ‘My Account’. In the displayed menu, you will see ‘Withdrawal Request’. Basically, you will find two options for withdrawals, which are Wire Transfer and Credit Card.
There is a minimum withdrawal of $100 or €100. All Withdrawal Requests are processed by our account managers and you will receive an email confirming the request. For more information concerning any aspects of withdrawals, please click here!
- Is there a maximum deposit?
There is no maximum deposit.
- Is there a minimum re-deposit?
Yes, the minimum re-deposit for OptionRally accounts is $200 or currency equivalent. A redeposit means after making the first deposit, you can deposit new amounts into the account that are greater than $200.
- Is there a maximum I can withdraw from my account?
No. You may withdraw all of your funds at any time to either your credit card or bank account. Withdrawals can only be credited to the account from which they were originally deposited (i.e. Citibank Credit Card deposit can only be credited back to the Citibank Credit card and not to another account. The deposit and withdrawal accounts must match.
- Is there a service fee for withdrawals?
Optionrally doesn’t charge any service fees for withdrawals. For wire transfers there is a service fee of $25 charged by the bank.
