Can I change my personal details and account information?

Can I open multiple accounts?

No, you cannot. OptionRally allows only one account per name and credit card.

Do I receive a confirmation for each transaction?

Yes. Every time you activate a binary options trade, an on-screen message will confirm that your trade has been placed. In addition, a confirmation email with the details and results of your trade is sent to the email address attached to the account.

Do you have different account types?

Yes. We have a few different types of accounts based on the initial deposit amount and trading volume. You can read more here.

How can I view my account?

First, you must log into your OptionRally account and then click “My Account” to view all of your details.

How do I manage my account?

Within your own personal ‘My Account’ page you may edit personal details and credit card information. To do so, log into OptionRally and go to ‘My Account’.

How do I view my trading history?

Once you have logged into your account, you may view your trading history by clicking on ‘History’ under ‘My Account’. You may also view your complete transaction history and past trades by clicking on ‘My Portfolio’.

How often are transactions updated in my account?

Transactions are updated in real time as your binary options trades are actioned. Once you have made a trade, you may view its details by clicking on ‘My Account’, then ’My Portfolio’, followed by ‘History’. You will then be able to view past and current trades with full trade details.

Where can I view my transaction History?

Log onto your OptionRally account and then click ‘My Account’. You will then be able to locate all of your personal and financial data, including deposit information, withdrawal information, portfolio history, etc. All private information is stored safely and securely on the OptionRally trading platform.

What will happen to my account in case of my death?

Your account with OptionRally is similar to any other bank account or other accounts you have with financial institutions worldwide. Your next of kin must present all of the proper legal documents that prove they are the legal inheritor of your assets, and we will grant access to the account.
